MEET OUR FOUNDER

I’m Daina, founder of Modern Day Mantra — a wellness coach passionate about guiding people toward real, lasting transformation.

From my base in the Hawkesbury at my Modern Sanctuary, and through sessions across the Hills District, I support teens and adults in building strength not just physically, but emotionally, mentally and energetically.

I believe our health is not just physical — it is emotional, mental, energetic, spiritual and deeply personal. In a fast-paced, overstimulated world, we need a modern approach to wellbeing. One that honours the nervous system. One that builds resilience alongside self-awareness.

With over 15 years of experience across movement, dancing, boxing, breathwork, sound healing and personal development, my work blends guidance with intuition. Some sessions look like personal training. Others focus on meditation, nervous system regulation, subconscious reprogramming or sound healing. Often, they are a carefully guided combination — tailored to what you need in that season of life.

I work closely with teens and adults in private sessions, and I lead small group boxing classes for kids and teens — using movement not just to build physical strength, but to cultivate emotional regulation, discipline and self-belief. I also facilitate group workshops, including sound healing, breathwork and visioning sessions designed to reconnect you to clarity and intention.

My approach is always individualised. I understand that not every nervous system responds to traditional structures, and I work with both neurotypical and neurodivergent clients in a way that honours their unique wiring and lived experience.

At the heart of what I do is helping you identify and gently dismantle the limiting beliefs and internal blocks that keep you from your potential. Together, we build self-trust, expand capacity and create lasting change — not through force, but through awareness, accountability and aligned action.

My own journey has deeply shaped the way I hold space. I understand the courage it takes to evolve, to face your shadow and to rewrite the stories you’ve lived by. Alongside lived experience, I remain committed to continued education and growth so I can offer both grounded guidance and intuitive depth.

This work is for those who are ready — ready to take responsibility for their healing, ready to grow, ready to meet themselves fully.

At Modern Day Mantra, we don’t just train the body — we strengthen the whole being, so you can navigate the modern world with clarity, resilience and self-worth.
