CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a 12-hour cancellation and reschedule policy - if you cannot attend your session, event or scheduled time, please contact Modern Day Mantra by text or call (email is not acceptable) on 0417 274 807 to alert Daina. You must contact us at minimum 12 hours before your appointment, session time or event to be eligible for a refund or reschedule (subject to purchase type restrictions). Any other cancellations will not be provided a refund or reschedule. Please note reschedules of your ticket to another event can only be done once per ticket purchased.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are only applicable for single purchases, casual passes, and one-off sessions as per the Cancellation Policy. Pack purchases have expiry dates communicated at the time of purchase and booking. They can only be rescheduled in accordance with the Cancellation Policy timeframe; no refunds will be provided.

 

For refund requests, email Modern Day Mantra at hello@moderndaymantra.com.au. Requests via verbal, phone call, or text will not be accepted. We’ll notify you of the refund status and process it within 10 business days to your original payment method if approved. Keep in mind that processing times by your bank or credit card company may vary.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

When booking a service with Modern Day Mantra you agree at the time of booking to complete the payment in full and in its entirety. Payments made through the website www.moderndaymantra.com.au are subject to the Cancellation and Refund Policy terms. When booking is made via email in correspondence with Modern Day Mantra you agree to complete payment in full and in its entirety at least 12 hours prior to your first session. This payment is then subject to the terms as outlined in the Cancellation and Refund Policies. 

GIFT CARDS

By purchasing or redeeming a gift card for use at Modern Day Mantra ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Gift Card Validity

  • Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. After the expiration date, any remaining balance will be forfeited, and the gift card will no longer be redeemable.

2. Non-Refundable

  • Gift card purchases are non-refundable. Once purchased, gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, except as required by law under the Australian Consumer Law.

3. Redemption

  • Gift cards may be used toward the purchase of any services offered by Modern Day Mantra.

  • If the total value of the gift card is less than the cost of the service, the remaining balance must be paid using an alternative payment method.

  • Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or redeemed for cash.

4. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

  • Modern Day Mantra is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Treat your gift card like cash and store it securely. If your gift card is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately. We may, at our discretion, replace the gift card if we are able to verify ownership, but we are not obligated to do so.

5. No Expiration Fees

  • There are no additional fees or charges associated with the gift card, other than the expiration date (3 years from the date of purchase).

6. Transferability

  • Gift cards may be transferred to another person. However, the original purchaser is responsible for any unauthorized use of the gift card.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Modern Day Mantra will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use a gift card, including but not limited to indirect or consequential losses.

8. Changes to Terms

  • Modern Day Mantra reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to gift cards purchased after the effective date of such changes.

By purchasing, redeeming, or accepting a gift card from Modern Day Mantra, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
